Returns & Exchanges

You may return products purchased from us within fourteen (14) days in the same condition in which you received them, unopened, unused and all original labels still attached, in their original packaging.

Some of our products are excluded from the customers right of return.

If you wish to return an item, log in to your account here and follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account:

In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

6. Click Request return.
